Back in Washington at Robin Hill Park in the Forest. Trails were a little slippery today and some mud, but still a nice day to run. I ran faster today (for me). Plantar problem in right foot seems to have gone away with new orthothotics. Hip problem on left wasnt bad today

In Utah - ran at Liberty Park on nice soft wood chip trail, then on Pipeline Trail in Mill Creek - amazingly warm and snowfree in Utah

Ran at Dungeness. Saw alot of shorebirds and ducks. Alot of big waves that me and my son had to dodge and race. Was surprized ran into my cousin which I hadnt seen in years who was looking at the beach

Ran with son at Dungeness. A nice day to run on the beach, no wind. Cliffs where there are overlooks are collapsing from rain.
