Ran very slow today with son and golden retriever, it was painful at times with hip so didnt push it. Was nice day, ran along the cliffs above Dungeness, water and wind was calm, saw a couple hawks. </p> <p>Have been going to PT for hip and right leg pain, never seems to go away.
